Our dogs are our partners and our family. Without them we could not do what we do. They are key members of the ranch and we are grateful to each of them. When moving pairs on thousands of acres of difficult country, each of our dogs are absolutely priceless!
They often take the place of several cowboys! Our dogs are used daily to move pairs, yearlings and bulls. They each have unique personalities,
strengths and weaknesses. We believe that practice makes perfect, but that isn't all you need. You must start with a dog that has the natural desire and instinct to work. The three main things we look for in a young dog are brains, natural instinct and a lot of bite when needed! As important as working ability is, each of our dogs must also be able to be a part of our family! Our three young boys crawl all over our dogs and we expect each of our dogs to be friendly, loving and patient with children, other dogs and playing in the yard with family and friends. A difference in our breeding philosophy is that we do not own just "breeding dogs". All of our dogs, males and females are proven working
dogs before we ever consider breeding them. All of our dogs are worked almost daily on cattle, sheep and goats and are constantly around our
young children and family. We take great pride in our dogs and the dogs we produce. We strive to produce only useful, healthy, intelligent,
hard-working Border Collies that are also wonderful family members!

JAK'S PEDIGREE
Jak Photo Album Jak is a son of our Levi and Pearl. He is STRONG when he needs to be but is showing incredible restraint and control on stock. He and Steve share a special connection and Jak is usually Steves right hand man! He reminds us so much of Levi in so many ways but has the GRIT and strength of his mother as well! Aside from being handsome and being an incredible working dog around our place - Jack has a calm, loving disposition. He is stoic and thoughtful and is as patient as can be. He loves deeply and is one of the most loyal dogs on our place. |

MISR StixStix is Jace's littermate brother and the other side of his coin. He is deliberate, calm, intuitive, with a huge desire to please. Stockton has raised and trained him on his own- and those two have an incredible bond. He is an easy dog to work with, and gets sharper and better by the day. He will work sheep or cattle in a trial arena or in the field- he will do anything you ask. He is confident, quiet, and strong. He has good bite, athleticism, and patience and is turning into a dog we cant do with out!
Stix is a big handsome boy and a lovebug to boot! He wants loves from anyone- but its really his boy that he loves. |

We brought Ben up from Texas from a dear friend and he is EVERYTHING we hope he would be. He brings a strong pedigree, an even stronger work ethic, and an over the top loveable personality! He instantly loves everyone, has a FANTASTIC off switch, and is biddable, easy to live with, and your best friend.
He was originally trained on sheep but has transitioned to tough cattle work effortlessly. He is tough, trainable, athletic with a solid mind. We are endlessly excited about everything he brings to the table- trial future, ranch hand, and strong breeding outcross. |

MISR HAWK - FOR SALE
WE WILL BE POSTING MORE INFO SOON- BUT IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN A FINISHED DOG- PLEASE LET US KNOW
Hawk is a son of our Spur- one of my favorite females of all time- and the legendary Pete. We dont often breed our females to outside males- but for Pete we made an exception. We ended up keeping back three siblings from that litter (Hawk, Purdy, and Nikki) and we LOVE all three. Hawk has become Stocktons dog (our 15 year old son) and is completely devoted to him. He wants to please, works hard, and never gets your in trouble. He is quiet, steady, and reliable and he and Stockton are a formidable trialing team on both cattle or sheep AND a pretty hand team to have around the ranch. Hawk reads his stock well, is responsive and natural. He is laid back and the lovingest little dog in all of the world. He loves everyone- but no one means more to him than his boy.

OUR MALES
HALL OF FAME
We owe so much to these boys. They are/were INCREDIBLE dogs that changed our lives. We will love and cherish them forever. Although they are no longer a part of our breeding program- they each are pillars and foundational to the direction and program we have today.
